Service desk

Our clients can count on quick service that is always available. Our service desk is staffed by trained network engineers who can help you resolve any problems immediately and who take action when necessary. The TWS service desk operates in accordance with the best practices outlined in the ITIL guidelines.

NOC: 24/7 monitoring

In spite of the exceedingly high uptime guarantees, connections may still malfunction. In order to quickly and efficiently resolve any malfunctions, we have our own NOC (Network Operations Centre). If necessary, the NOC can monitor your connections remotely. Based on the terms outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), we can offer 24/7 monitoring and response.

NOC engineers

All malfunctions are registered and reported to ensure the NOC is fully up to date on the status of all registered connections. In the event of a possible malfunction, we can analyse the connection and modify it to suit the (temporarily) changed conditions. If the connection’s functionality cannot immediately be restored remotely, our on-call engineer will hit the road to resolve the issue on site. This expert is available 24/7 and fully equipped to restore your connection to operational status.

Flex hours

If you want maximum assurance, while only paying for the services you actually need, you can choose our flex hours system. You purchase hours for malfunctions and maintenance. This is an efficient system that guarantees service and maintenance at a low cost.

Wireless Insurance (WI)

If we set up a microwave transmission connection for you, that comes with a WI contract. Within the terms of that contract, we stock replacement components for individual microwave transmission connections. In the event of a malfunction or repair, we can use those components immediately to minimise time loss.

Licences/contracts

Realising microwave transmission connections and network infrastructures often involves a complex process of licence applications, e.g. tower and frequency licences or roof rights. We have extensive experience with these processes, so we can advise and supervise our clients in this matter.

Site survey

If the situation involves complex facilities and constructions and if the possibilities for the realisation of a microwave transmission connection need to be analysed, we can conduct a site survey. During this analysis, our experts evaluate the possibilities and challenges we face during the execution of the project. Elevation is not a problem, as we have a hydraulic lift platform that reaches heights of up to 54 metres.
